These terms govern your use of the Velocitydonum platform operated by Velocitydonum LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Velocitydonum does

Velocitydonum lets a local business publish a deal or gift card and lets people buy, redeem, or pass it forward. Saving a business card is free. A real visit can earn a gift-card invitation from that business.

The single fee

• 15% of the paid card amount, with a $2.00 minimum, taken once when the card is bought and not again at the counter.
• No subscriptions. No placement fees. No listing fees.

Thank-back gift-card invitations

• A real redemption or honored pass can create one invitation from that business for that guest.
• The invitation offers a fixed gift-card load and merchant-funded bonus: $30 + $5, $50 + $10, or $100 + $20.
• The invitation does not expire. Only the guest can remove it. The bonus is not cash and is not refundable.

Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe. Business payouts settle to the business's own connected bank account. Velocitydonum does not hold merchant funds.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you transactional SMS messages about redemptions, thank-back credits, and merchant alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in to text messages, and messaging consent is never a condition of creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the service. Acceptable use

No fraud, no fake redemptions, no automated abuse, no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocitydonum LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
